Serving as both designer and Architect of Record, AB Group created a space that balances high-volume production with a strong, memorable identity. The layout strategically organizes baking, preparation, storage, and service zones into a streamlined workflow, enabling operational clarity and efficiency while maintaining an open, visually cohesive environment.
The design emphasizes durability, cleanliness, and contemporary character through polished concrete floors, stainless steel workstations, and bright, even lighting suited for commercial baking. A bold black tile feature wall with an illuminated logo anchors the space, reinforcing brand identity while elevating the industrial aesthetic. Through thoughtful spatial planning, material selection, and integrated branding, AB Group crafted a modern bakery environment that functions seamlessly as both a production facility and an engaging retail destination.
