In a region known for its mix of historic houses and new luxury developments in Miami, USA, the Coconut Grove project is a residential complex consisting of rental apartments.
The building stands out with a series of exposed concrete horizontal panels. The vertical circulation is positioned in the center of the floor plan, freeing up the entire perimeter for the individual units. The angular facades, made of glass and wooden louvers, create private balconies that take advantage of the excellent climate of the region.
While the ground floor houses the communal area at the front facade, creating an interface with the sidewalk, the rooftop features a pool alongside a vegetated area, ensuring views of the entire surroundings.
