As a leading integrated securities firm, Changjiang Securities is committed to delivering prime investment services to its clients. To support rapid business expansion and a growing team, the company decided to relocate its workplace to a prominent financial hub in Shanghai. Inspired by our work for other leading firms, the client engaged us to create its new seven-floor office.
Changjiang Securities, Shanghai reshapes traditional work models to create a dynamic environment that embodies the company’s progressive and innovative ethos.

Overcoming construction challenges to improve vertical connectivity.

Built to LEED and WELL standards, the space prioritises wellbeing and sustainability.
The project brief emphasised the need for a workspace that prioritises health, sustainability and efficiency.
Natural light: Two 13-metre-high atriums flood the space with natural light, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and lowering energy consumption. The atrium and staircase enhance natural ventilation, minimising the need for mechanical cooling and heating systems.
Biophilic design: Natural materials, colours, shapes and patterns are incorporated throughout the office, complemented by trees and landscaped elements, strengthening the connection with
Employee wellbeing: Amenities such as a gym, diverse workstations and a lactation room create a warm, supportive environment that promotes physical and mental health.
