This house features a distinctive architectural program, where each space was conceived with the intention of enhancing the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces, both visually and physically.
Casa Luna is designed seeking the best orientation for each of its spaces, resulting in various windows, terraces, and patios that allow the entry of natural light and create green areas as visual endpoints from the interior.
The house boasts a double-height space in the staircase area, with a modern design and straight lines, which becomes a focal point in the project. This double height and its connection to the exterior generate a sense of spaciousness and luminosity inside the house.
The facade, modest towards the street, is characterized by a geometric play with curved lines, combining different shapes and textures to create a modern and elegant design. Access to the house is beneath a tree that welcomes the user and invites them to enter.
The house is rich in materials, which contribute to its unique identity. Concrete, marble, wood, natural stone, steel, among others, are balanced with the simplicity of form and detail. These materials define the interiors, creating textures and contrasts that offer a different spatial experience, establishing warm and comfortable environments.
Casa Luna is a project distinguished by its harmony between design and functionality, from the complexity of its program to the application of its materials, making it unique of its kind.
