A 6,500 sqft gut renovation and facade restoration of a historic Brooklyn brownstone. PLANS Architects managed the full scope of work from concept through construction administration, including structural assessments, NYC Department of Buildings filings, facade restoration, and passive house envelope upgrades. The project involved a complete interior reconfiguration across multiple floors while preserving and restoring the original brownstone facade. PLANS acted as the Architect of Record, managing all DOB approvals and contractor coordination through project completion.
