A beautiful, open landscape and the gentle placement of architecture in the site's topography gives this cabin a sliding relationship between inside and outside. The cabin replaces an old resort and is located on the edge of Blindleia in Lillesand. The property consists of a main cottage and its annexe, bathhouse and boathouse, all situated on its own island just off. The pedestrian bridge between the two islands runs over an inner harbour basin with new jetties that adapts existing rocks. In addition to preserving the nature and its landscape with regard to location of the cabins, the materials are justified in the environment by the use of materials that slides into the landscape.
