For nearly 10 years during our career, Butecco has always nurtured and cherished creating a second home for all company brothers, where we can return to nature and be energized. Green energy to have fun together with creative passion. In the modern urban context, people spend most of their time working in closed office buildings. The rotation of work makes people more stressed and tired. Butecco office was born as a place to help people find a connection with nature, a place to help people blend into the slow and peaceful flow of plants to heal their souls. We are aware that people only live well, work well with organic materials, which are inherent to mother nature.
With an area of 774m2, we spend most of the area for the garden green area, the construction is just enough for the needs of use (accounting for 30% of the area).
The architecture of the office is inherited from tropical folk architecture. Using locally available terracotta tiles and reeds that helps reduce heat absorption for the roof. The large garden surrounding the house has the effect of improving the microclimate for the building, creating wind convection, good natural surface water drainage, and reducing pressure on the urban drainage system.
The building is located deep behind the road to avoid dust, noise, and especially we want every day when employees enter the workplace, they can go through the garden of nature, breathe fresh air. heal, be touched by trees, and people can walk barefoot throughout this route. Functional organization with the spirit of enabling users to be more active, avoiding common diseases for office workers due to lack of exercise. The building has absolutely no solid walls, designed to maximize open space to catch the wind and light, helping to save significant electrical energy. The people working in it are surrounded by nature to help the spirit to be relaxed and creatively comfortable. In addition, the garden also grows tropical fruit trees and vegetables to provide an additional source of fresh food for employees.

Here we see each other as family, working together, living together, with the same intention to build happy values for ourselves and everyone.
