The goal of this project was to create a comprehensive care center for cancer patients to receive treatments. PRA designed a new 20,800 sq. ft. facility, a collaboration between Beloit Health System and UW Health. The design provides patients with views of the outside environment as they walk through the building or receive treatment or therapy. The building is designed around a central spine that connects all functions for enhanced patient and staff experiences and reduced footsteps. The interior design creates a high-tech environment that is still warm and comforting. This is the only comprehensive cancer center in the State of Wisconsin.
