The foundation adopts a circular plan in cast-in-place black concrete. The peripheral ring houses the programmatic functions, while a central patio organizes circulation and articulates views. The facades reveal the texture of the formwork, alternating between roughness and flatness depending on the angle of the light. The patio, bordered by a cantilevered portico, frames views towards the sky and connects the interior spaces. The architecture combines monumentality and functional clarity, placing the visitor at the heart of the space.
