Located between two streets with distinct character, Rua José Maria Lisboa, which is more residential and tree-lined, and Rua Pamplona, which is consolidating itself as an important hub for commerce and services in the Jardins neighborhood, the development was implemented in an area of 1022m².
The 13-story residential tower's identity is defined by the sinuous lines of its balconies, a solution that allows for continuity between the corner facades, as well as creating a sense of spaciousness and verticality. The building is a composition of curved elements in exposed concrete and boxes that house the apartments, marked by large window frames. Planters have been installed along the terraces and, by staggering along the facades, integrate the project with the street's tree cover.
The internal layout of the apartments seeks the best possible sunlight and views. The bedrooms benefit from the morning sun, while the social area enjoys the view from the corner, allowing residents direct contact with the tree-lined avenue on José Maria Lisboa street. The residential leisure area is located on the ground floor and includes a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and gardens.
