The project involves the renovation of a rural building dating back to the Napoleonic era. The rustic with exposed brick is redesigned to accommodate three residential units.
The different houses appear to be independent of each other but interact with the existing building by integrating the existing structure to the new needs.
The design approach involves maintaining the external facades bringing them back to compositional clarity, emphasizing the existing arches through minimal fixtures.
Through the large openings the dialogue with the context remains constant, as if to indicate a continuity between inside and outside.
In the large park surrounding the house there is an infinity pool which emphasizes the building through its water mirror.
