1025 Robson introduces approximately 43,500 SF of revitalized commercial retail use to Vancouver’s central shopping district. The project is designed as a series of 2 story buildings, each with a distinct yet complementary design.
The overall composition respects the context and scale of the surrounding neighborhood while introducing a fresh, modern aesthetic. Materials such as board-formed concrete, Canadian granite, steel and wood are treated honestly and with a respect for the craft of building. The detailing is treated in a way that provides a variety of scales of visual and material texture. The project is anticipated to achieve LEED Gold certification.
