Georgii Panchenko Interior Design Studio is a functional interior design practice based in Limassol, Cyprus, working across the island and internationally since 2021.
We design private residences, apartments, villas and small commercial spaces. Every project starts with how the space will actually be lived in: circulation, storage, light and the daily routines of the people who use it. Aesthetics follow function rather than replacing it, which is why our interiors stay comfortable years after handover.
Our full-cycle service covers measurement and survey, space planning and layout options, 3D visualisation, a complete set of technical drawings for the builders, furniture and material selection, supplier sourcing and author's supervision on site. Clients receive a package precise enough for a contractor to build from without improvisation - and that is what keeps budgets and deadlines under control.
We work in a wide stylistic range - contemporary, neoclassical, Japandi, minimalist and thematic interiors - always adapted to the Mediterranean climate, to Cypriot construction practice and to the realities of local suppliers. Remote collaboration is available for clients outside Cyprus.
