• USA has in-house 3D Computer Aided Design & allied computer oriented facilities to handle Total Design Services for Architectural & Interior Design, Structural, Project Management (PMC) including associated services as per clients requirements and is familiar with local and International codes, regulations, financial pattern of Institutional projects, liaison work and seeking approvals from statutory authorities. The Firm also handles turnkey assignments as per Client’s requirements.
• Being broadly experienced in Eco-friendly & energy efficient Building Architecture Green) & Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) the ‘Green Norms’ are followed in various IT & Commercial projects.
