We are not exactly sure what we want, and are therefore open to a multitude of options.

- Looking for a semi-custom / off-the-shelf, modular office storage system. - Priority is finding a system that can hold multiple types of materials within a standardized, modular unit. Kit of Parts. - Ideally, the module would have the capability of turning into a portable storage device. This could take the form of a tray, portable box, etc. This would all sit inside the module. This system should allow for multiple functions of the module. - Types of materials storage system will need to hold: material samples, large-format drawings, paperwork and folders, books / magazines, etc. - The system will also need to have the capability of integrating lockers into the module. - Not as concerned about the materiality of the storage system. Interested in plywood, or solid colors. Must be a durable material. - System should be able to adapt to various layouts in plan. We are willing to work within the constraints of the product to some extent, however, there is a predefined area that will be using this storage system.

- Looking for a single manufacturer to work with us to build custom seating for a park located in NYC - There will be different configurations and assemblies of benches in varying sizes - Currently considering Landscape Forms, but are open to alternatives

- Ideally solid wood product to prevent wear and tear (no veneer panels) - Wood to be used in multiple applications including stair treads. - Ideally manufacturer to have multiple formats of wood available - No red listed products please - Concerned about life cycle costs and might ask manufacturers to supply HPDs and EPDs

- Looking for a manufacturer to create a custom designed chair using either steel or aluminum. - Chair to be used in a restaurant chain with multiple stores, therefore overall quantity of this chair to be produced will be very high. - We need to partner with a manufacturer who can assist in the design of this chair based off our our design-intent, and who has the capacity to roll out a high volume of the custom product on demand. - We will provide further details upon manufacturer confirming their ability to achieve the requirements listed above. - See inspiration images attached. *We are in the process of constructing the flagship store (4,000sqft) for 100 additional future restaurants. We are interested in receiving approximate (but low variance) price ranges taking into consideration that the quantity listed above is the total for all of those stores.
