Custom Corrugated, Perforated Metal Panels 14 days ago
The project is a community building within a new public park located in Hoboken, NJ. We are seeking custom perforated, corrugated panels to be hung on the underside of an overhead steel framed canopy (see attached for schematic detail drawing). We would like to work with the manufacturer to calibrate an appropriate corrugation profile with perforations that can span between the beams of the steel frame. The spacing of beams is ~10'-6". To provide variety of shaded areas, we have divided the surface of the covered area into 6'-0" bands which will alternate perforation open areas, preferably 40% open and 60% open. If possible, please share span charts for standard corrugation profiles and/or perforations so that the design team may use these as a design basis.

exterior cladding - wood fins 15 days ago
Hello, we are looking for both product and attachment options for using wood or metal fins as an exterior cladding similar to the diagonal portion of the building, attached. We would like to layer these as a screen for the glass inside, so attachment methods will be of particular interest. Thanks!
