We are looking for switch outlet plates with rounded corners.
Finish should be Antique Bronze, and they should have a horizontal brush. Switch inserts should be black. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DRAWINGS)

4000 switch plates should ideally:
-be 1'-4 3/4" X 4 1/2"
-have a duplex outlet, standard size
-have a duplex outlet with usb charger, standard size
- have hard wire opening with grommet, rotary dimmer, and toggle switch.
