The new Antasia Beach Club by PSOMAS Studio of Architecture PS-A in Paphos, Cyprus, is a beach pavilion organically embedded into the coastal promenade of the city. Blending into the dunes of the only sandy beach of the Kato Paphos seafront, the beach club gradually reveals itself as guests descend from the promenade and the top terrace to the beach level below.

The firm’s design was the winner of a public competition organized by the Municipality of Paphos to create a contemporary beach pavilion on the city’s coastline, a place offering seamless views of the city’s world-renowned medieval castle and of its picturesque port.
