The CNESST head office, spanning 60,000 m² with a 600-space parking deck, is designed to host over 1,800 employees. Central to its design is an eight-story atrium with a hybrid steel-wood structure, showcasing the organization’s dedication to social and environmental responsibility.

This project, a candidate for WELL Platinum and LEED Silver certifications, features innovative solutions for integrating wood into its structure, significantly reducing its carbon footprint. The building’s identity is further defined by its atrium, with a 26-meter depth and 36-meter width, featuring a transparent facade and a connecting sculptural staircase.

Additionally, the multi-level parking deck integrates an advanced envelope system with 9,765 aluminum deflectors, enabling natural ventilation and creating dynamic visual compositions.
