The Engineering Laboratories at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana showcase an elegant combination of architectural creativity and structural ingenuity. Steel is central to the building’s design, skillfully influenced by historical elements.

Inside, a spacious atrium acts as a lively central space, seamlessly connecting the older and newer parts of the building and encouraging interaction and teamwork. The building is also enhanced with vertical gardens on the brick exterior, which are not only visually appealing but also provide sound insulation and help regulate temperature.

Overall, this project is a shining example of forward-thinking architecture and eco-friendly design, beautifully merging historical inspiration with modern innovation.
