How a Simple Prefab Cabin was Transformed into a Sanctuary for the Mind

“Space of Mind” is a modern cabin concept designed by Studio Puisto Architects, offering a dedicated area to reflect, rejuvenate and disconnect.

Initially conceptualized in light of the pandemic, this compact structure redefines the idea of a ‘home away from home’, accommodating our new realities.

The cabin’s exterior presents a simple wooden framework, while its versatile interior can be customized to individual needs, from a gym to an office.

Despite its minimalist design, it promises warmth with ecologically sourced Finnish wood, and its portability allows it to be placed virtually anywhere, from backyards to remote terrains. Collaboratively produced with Protos Demos and Made by Choice, this modular retreat is a response to our evolving lifestyles.
