Na is a Class A Registered Architect in China, LEED Accredited Professional and NCARB. Na Wei graduated from Yale University School of Architecture with Master in Architecture degree and Tsinghua University School of Architecture with Bachelor in Architecture degree. Before founding Elevation Workshop, she worked for Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA/Rem Koolhaas), Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners LLP (BBB) in New York, Atelier FCJZ and MADA S.P.A.M. in China. For OMA she was a project manager for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange project. At BBB she was responsible for the design of several important projects, including the Boston Natick Commercial Center, New York Apollo Theater renovation, development for the renovation and the expansion of Lincoln Center, the National Sports Museum, and Shanghai Cultural Plaza Grand Theatre.
