Zyeta Designed a Vibrant, Bright Workplace for Udaan
Bengaluru, India
Udaan, India’s fastest growing unicorn, wanted a workplace that reflects its young and vibrant work culture. This project was the third successive office Zyeta designed for the company in Bengaluru. So, there was a challenge for the design team to create a workplace that is not similar to Udaan's earlier offices and yet aligns with them.
The design concept for the office was to portray the business persona of the company in the most creative way. Each floor of the office was dedicated to a particular department of the company. So, every floor highlighted the various business aspects of Udaan-- Fashion, Comics, Gadgets, Home Appliances etc. Besides the catchy outlook of the place, the office design epicentres the employees, therefore, wellbeing and productivity became the two integral parts of Udaan's workplace interiors.
Building a constant, uninterrupted workflow that would make everyday fun and inviting—all the while removing any barriers to communication was one of the goals of this project. There's a healthy supply of natural light that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere—due to the footprint, which is designed with it in mind.
Also, with dedicated game zones, flexible hot-desking areas and lounges; Udaan's office is a spacious people-oriented place that inspires healthy working in every way. The uniqueness and the freedom of the workplace design ensure that the office becomes a vital part of employees' lives.
Overall, Udaan's office is a contemporary and thoughtful B2B workplace that elevates employee collaboration and workplace wellness.
