ZENERGY Candidasa is located in Bali’s scenic Karangasem Regency. The project site, covering 2 hectares (20,049 m²), is ideally positioned to offer elevated ocean views and access to lush hilly landscapes, creating a naturally inspiring backdrop for a wellness-focused development. With its gently sloping terrain and a mix of sandy coastal and fertile inland soils, the site invites design solutions that follow its natural contours while enhancing the user experience. Ocean breezes from the southeast enable sustainable passive cooling, while seasonal winds and coastal exposure require durable materials and construction methods. This distinctive location combines coastal and elevated settings, ideal for a project centred on physical activity, relaxation, and a profound connection to Bali’s natural surroundings. The design will incorporate views, native vegetation, and natural features to create a resilient sanctuary closely tied to its environment.
The site is divided into three primary zones: the sports area (9,000 m²) , the wellness area (1,000 m²), and the accommodation area (10,049 m²), each carefully designed to support distinct functions within a cohesive layout. The sports area serves as the activity hub, featuring athletic facilities like courts, a gym, and a fighting sports studio. The wellness area provides a tranquil environment along the oceanfront, with spa facilities, yoga spaces, and gardens for relaxation and holistic health practices. This area is positioned to maximize scenic views, creating a peaceful retreat within the site. The accommodation area, as the largest zone, consists of rows of apartments oriented to capture ocean views, with private outdoor spaces designed for a balance of seclusion and accessibility. Located away from the sports zone, this area minimizes noise from physical activities in the southern lot, enhancing privacy and tranquillity. Circulation is efficiently organized with two receptions at the entrance, ample parking, and a network of pathways supported by buggies, ensuring convenient movement across the site while preserving each zone’s unique atmosphere.
