For the development planning of Li Ning Sports Town in Yuyang District, Yulin City, the design team proposed the planning concept of "Sports+", which can be summarized as a "sports by design team shared concept" that takes sports as the base and encompasses a variety of planning forms, blurring the boundaries of space.
Considering that sharing is one of the development trends of mankind in the future, we take the shared space for sports as the direction of exploration, aiming to activate the traditional real estate development mode by using the sports as the link to revive the physical shared space, then take the sports as the catalyst, to produce chemical effects with building forms, thus to achieve mutual integration and win-win with the city.
We put the concept of shared space for sports into the detailed design of the building, taking the user as the main body as the starting point of the design, supplemented by unique creative design, shared space mode and smooth traffic flow, to create the most cutting-edge comprehensive stadium sports park (with both daily use and competition function) in China, and make it a new business card of Yulin city image.
