The Yongsan International Business District (YIBD) Retail Valley is a world-class retail corridor that will run through the heart of a new world-class development envisioned in central Seoul. Dragon Valley, the centerpiece of the development, is a dramatic space three stories below the ground that will provide visitors with an ‘other worldly’ experience through its sweeping and fluid features that guide pedestrian activities. Running across the grand stairs, Dragon Valley and the Han River Waterfront Park, water plays an important part in the space. Continued from Dragon Valley, sports-themed park complements a luxury retail complex, providing a unique landscape that combines sculpted terrain and extreme sports experience together.AECOM is working with 5+ and AMC to provide comprehensive landscape design services, including Concept design and Schematic design.
