Set against the dramatic backdrop of Idaho’s Wood River Valley, this 5,000-square-foot home is designed to live with the land. Every space is oriented to the mountains—framing views, capturing light, and grounding the experience of home in the surrounding landscape.
A large, covered outdoor room extends the living space into the elements, offering year-round shelter and connection to place. Inside, the architecture is quiet and deliberate—structural insulated panels and exposed mass timber beams form a high-performance envelope that’s both efficient and expressive.
Remote site conditions and a short building season prompted a shift in approach. Prefabricated components and a kit-of-parts strategy streamline construction while maintaining craft. Our in-house digital tools allow us to coordinate every detail with local fabricators, ensuring precision from design through delivery.
