The William Seneca Administration building was in much need of updating and expansion for the Seneca Nation of Indians. This project consisted of taking a dilapidated schoolhouse building and renovating the upper and lower levels, and providing an addition consisting of a two story space to encompass the nation's administrative needs. The complete renovation of the interior and exterior of the existing space in conjunction with the new addition east of the existing structure has provided the nation with a bold new administration building of which the forms, materials and inspiration were derived from Native Culture. The civil engineering, architecture and interior design were all designed by Carmina Wood Morris, PC, while the electrical, mechanical and plumbing engineering were consulted by Buffalo Engineering, PC.
