Fukui Bank will provide new service to women
Fukui Bank would support local women in Fukui – a city where, more so than anywhere else in Japan, most married women have full-time jobs. In this place, named “WiL Woman’s inspiration Library”, women can find interesting books divided according to their life stages, join attractive workshops organized by female entrepreneurs in Fukui, and consult stuffs about their worries and interests. This space enables them to solve many different problems about woman’s total life as well as about money.
A big, unusually shaped table that incorporates a variety of seating areas
The design intent of this big table with many kinds of holes is that each woman can find their own favorite spaces to relax, read them, talk with their friends, and take part in some workshops, while they can feel the bonds of friendship by spending their time on only one table.
The space to heal women
The table is made of straight grained while oak with specific good texture named "Torafu" like tiger's skin.The bookshelf is made of aromatic cedar in Fukui. The sofas' hardness fits on each function. The pendant lights offer proper lights to each space by controlling the numbers, the sizes, and the sites. All plants are different and separate spaces softly.
