Originally the First National Bank built in 1937, this building received a full remodel and repurposing to become the Warsaw City Hall. A partial remodel in the 70's added the marble façade over the original brick. New spaces include offices for all of the city's departments and a generous commissioners meeting room. HVAC, electrical and communications were all brought up to date. A mechanical loft was converted into an outdoor patio. Canopies, colored metals and stucco were used to update the exterior.
