Warren Lofts involves the renovation of an Art Deco building on the corner of Warren and Church Streets in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. Originally the headquarters for a horticultural seed purveyor and exporter, the seven-story office building is being converted to luxury loft residences. In addition to converting the office space to residential, the project includes an addition of 13,600 SF in four floors to the top of the structure, clad in reflective copper-bronze colored stainless steel.
Interiors include wide-plank fumed oak floors, oversized windows, and dramatic 10 to 11 foot ceilings that frame living spaces, as well as the use of natural materials such as bronze, metal and copper finishes. When completed, the building will contain 18 condo units, as well as new recreation space on the roof top.
