The city of São Paulo, with its diversity and excitement, was chosen to welcome the mixed-use development W São Paulo, the first W Hotel in Brazil.
The 6,000 square meter plot, where once was located concert venue Via Funchal, will welcome the W São Paulo - Residences. The development, with 53,000 of constructed area, is located in Vila Olímpia, between major avenues Faria Lima and Juscelino Kubitscheck, close to the JK Iguatemi shopping center and São Paulo Corporate Towers.
The hotel and residences' project is remarkable, providing a dynamic lifestyle and including the hospitality concept of the W brand, known for its disruptive identity focused on design, music and art. Its impressive architecture, with a slender shape and sharp angles, is unique in the region.
The mixed-use concept, with residential apartments and hotel, connected on the ground level through semi-public passageways, restaurants and event venues, brings new dynamics to the neighborhood, not to mention the rooftop terrace on the top floor, open to the public, with a 360-degree view of the city, overlooking parks and major avenues.
