A space of absolute beauty

VRODA CLINIC & SPA is a cosmetology clinic with a spa complex in the most picturesque corner of the Mediterranean. This is a place of beauty. It is felt here in every centimeter. To inspire and saturate with beauty, like pure water, everyone who comes here.

CHALLENGE

To create a clinic that resembles an art space rather than a medical facility. It should envelop you in a warm, calm embrace and, of course, broadcast a recreational component. The solution:

smooth rounded lines and shapes without sharp corners, in contrast to the rectangular style of hospitals;

references to the beauty of nature in the decor and design solutions;

creative finds that solve non-trivial problems using artistic methods.

PLANNING

On these two floors, we had to create many small rooms, zones, niches and compartments. After all, the clinic space is a complex organism:

first, it has to function efficiently, like a clock;
secondly, it should be friendly and intuitive for everyone at the first visit.

So we managed to organize the space in such a way that all the processes in it were seamless. And the signature smoothness and roundness of the rooms, corners and corridors creates a unique perception of this place - as futuristic, extraordinary, but pleasant and very safe. And, moreover, it is beautiful.

RECEPTION

A low, minimalist room where the ceiling smoothly transitions into the walls and then into the floor. We transformed the former columned room into a seamless, smooth and streamlined landscape, consisting of rounded cells for common areas and winding corridors between them. In general, the interior of the complex resembles either an amazing cave or a spaceship. Smoothness and naturomorphic dynamics are everywhere.

The central element of this rounded composition is large lamps built into the ceiling. They resemble the sun, because it is lacking here, because this large room is not on the sunny side of the building. They are also decorated (almost inlaid) with dried flowers, which is how the theme of nature's beauty is conveyed here.

By the way, plants, flowers and ikebana are everywhere here. As well as soft rounded furniture for waiting for your procedure under the canopy of greenery. So it's up to you to decide whether it looks more like a biophilic space station or a magical forest glade.

CORRIDORS

Clinic corridors - this phrase even sounds scary. So we made our corridors elegant and playful, with wavy walls, a round ceiling, and floor lighting.

Sometimes you will be greeted by lantern suns, like in the reception area, or textured handmade ceramic mirrors from the ZEMLYA collection by Serhii Makhno. And we are heading to the next room...

RELAXATION AREA

This is a place to take a break after the procedures, for a leisurely coffee or meditative insta-surfing. The armchairs and sofas can be covered with light curtains to leave you in pleasant privacy. Flowers, smooth shapes of the walls and ceiling, calm milky color - all these attributes of VRODA CLINIC can be seen here.

THE CHIEF DOCTOR'S OFFICE

It is light and rounded. From above, we see a light panel that again resembles the sun. We wanted to make this room feel very impressive: either like the captain's cabin of an interstellar destroyer or the reception room of an angel with a shining halo. The associations are different, but the feeling of elation is the same.

TREATMENT ROOMS

There are a lot of them, all of them are different in terms of characteristics and purpose, but the main interior attributes are the same everywhere:

smooth lines of walls, columns and ceilings;
large rounded lamps of warm light mounted in the ceiling like suns;
a single color and even tone of the interior;
large panoramic windows;
live plants and ikebana;
functional minimalism in everything.

The concept is also supported by the restroom, where compositions of rounded illuminated mirrors are complemented by handmade ceramic washbasins and flowerpots. Beauty is in every corner.

LABORATORY

It is located on the other side of the house, with a separate entrance, but the visual concept is the same here: a bright minimalist space with smooth rounded lines, uniform textures, sun-like ceiling lamps, live plants, and an atmosphere of complete safety and harmony.

And, of course, it is very beautiful here.

SPA ZONE

Here are the stairs down. In the basement, we have placed the whole world - a dozen spa systems of different sizes and effects. This is a real aquatic treatment ecosystem that we have produced on our own, taking into account current trends and the desire to create the most unique experience for guests.

TROPICAL SHOWER

All saunas, steam rooms, and hammams are centered around a central composition. But at the center is a rounded element with various lights, on which a rain shower falls. This magical dance of water can change color and intensity based on voice commands or AI algorithms, depending on the number and location of guests.

SALT ROOM

Various recreational activities are located nearby in a circle. Here is the salt room, which is actually a cave made of salt, the walls of which are inlaid with large illuminated blocks of this rock. This is how the warm sunny theme breaks through here even through natural crystal shapes.

JACUZZI

Several separate rooms with jacuzzi pools under lantern suns, they are arranged in a circle, have beautiful colored lights and ikebana decor around them. There is also a large Jacuzzi wrapped in a reed cocoon for more private moments.

OTHER ZONES

You will also find here:

aroma room with warm lighting and rock-like décor;
cooling zone with a waterfall bucket and a snow chimney;
hot tub under a large lamp in the shape of the sun;
sauna with a wavy wooden design;
snow room with real frost and snow;
hay room where you can lie on sheaves of natural hay;
room with alpine herbs that envelop the body in an extraordinary aroma;
Charcot shower;
hammam.

VIP ZONE

Yes, it is here too! In fact, it is a concentrate of all of the above: places for relaxation, massage beds, a hammam, a font, various types of showers, etc. Only to all of this is added an even more sophisticated atmosphere of beauty created by the decor and art objects in the interior. Such as handmade QUADROLAMP ceramic lamps or the iconic KHMARA art lamp by MAKHNO.

CAFÉ

An underground cafe with live plants and even a terrace is also possible in our project. This room looks like a modernized and extremely cozy cave, such is the natural morphic entourage here. It is complemented by live plants in very different combinations, as well as craft lamps by MAKHNO and art sculptures of the incomparable DIDO, characters created by the artist Serhii Makhno.

We also played with the pit (a depression in the ground near the house), turning it into a real terrace. It was possible to go outside, get some fresh air and admire the beauty of nature even from the basement.

MASSAGE

The massage rooms have an extraordinary decor of decorative plaster - the walls have real cave textures, like real beautiful rocks. There is also a glow: warm lighting accompanies the space of the massage rooms. As well as smooth rounded shapes of all design solutions here.

The corridors support the concept of exposed walls made of decorative plaster and intricate illuminated smooth lines. And the locker rooms surprise not only with their well-calibrated functional minimalism, but also with amazing naturalistic compositions of dried flowers. After all, even here it should be not only comfortable but also beautiful.

VRODA CLINIC & SPA is a place that is designed to give its customers beauty, so it should reflect it in every millimeter. In every drop of its smooth, like streams of crystal water, spaces. Because as one incredibly wonderful song says: “beauty is pure water”.
