The design for the global IT firm’s Pune workplace--built in collaboration with Zyeta-- radiates the company’s innovative, creative and forward-thinking culture, spread out over an entire floor. It offers a careful, yet seamless division between the main floor and service areas. The workstations and Offshore Dedicated Centers (ODC’s) are balanced uniformly on the floor. This makes it an ideal fit for an organization that often demands creativity and innovation in its workplace design.
The wedge-shaped floorplate, with boxes inside, offers a marked sense of differentiation from the previously-built office interiors. The glazing is placed on one side, which ensures a healthy supply of natural light inside—benefitting the workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, ODC’s and the surrounding spaces. This makes the space radiate structural elegance—and offering a perfect symmetry between the open and closed aspects of the workplace. Black carpets and outward-facing glass partitions also play their part to accentuate the effect of natural light on the usual branding colors. All of this builds a uniform, outstanding aura within the workplace.
The cool office interiors act as a signifier of a very vibrant, creative and yet flexible vibe inside the floor, that creates a radiant atmosphere and enhances the daily creativity of the employees.
