The residence is about 300 square meters and has its own private garden, with a comfortable swimming pool. Next to the residence, there is an olive grove of about approximately 3 thousand square meters. The building is mostly developed in one level, whereas the master-bedroom and the office are on the first floor of the residence. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the living and dining area, along with the bedrooms. The architectural concept of the residence was the creation of simple geometrical forms, following the inner functional organization, while the chosen materials - natural stone and volumes in white color - provide a visual continuity with the environment .
