The design of this villa is founded on simplicity of form and the contrast between solid and transparent volumes. The white shell of the building, juxtaposed with the dark-framed entrance, creates a balance of contrast and harmony, giving the architecture a contemporary and distinctive identity. The extensive use of glass on the main façade establishes a direct connection between the interior and exterior spaces, allowing natural light to become a key element of the design. Both introversion and openness are addressed simultaneously; parts of the façade remain solid and private, while the entrance area is designed to be transparent and welcoming. The landscape design, characterized by linear geometry, water features, and defined pathways, reinforces the villa’s minimalist and modern architectural language.
