Located 5 kilometers from the city of Tabriz, in the Fouladi neighborhood, Faegh Villa was completed and put into operation in 2025 (1404 in the Iranian calendar). The villa stands on a 460-square-meter plot with a 650-square-meter built area, spread across three levels — basement, ground floor, and first floor — and is constructed with a reinforced concrete structure.
The building is positioned three meters away from the southern boundary, creating an inviting northern courtyard that welcomes visitors and enhances the sense of openness.
The basement, conceived as the hidden heart of the residence, houses the mechanical room and a gym. Through the use of a sunken garden, natural light and greenery are drawn into this level, establishing a fluid connection with the courtyard.
On the ground floor, spaces are organized around a central vertical and visual core (atrium). An open veranda, kitchen, bedroom, indoor swimming pool, elevator, and living area together form the layers of daily life on this level.
The first floor accommodates two master bedrooms, a secondary kitchen, a private living area, and a spacious balcony, offering residents a sense of serenity and panoramic views.
The architectural language of the villa combines a pure cubic form with a pyramidal volume, whose cuts and extensions enhance visual dynamism. To ensure visual privacy and control sunlight, continuous wooden louvers have been installed along the southern and eastern façades. These adjustable louvers create a warm, human-scale texture while animating the appearance of the building.
The use of local materials such as wood and brick, in dialogue with greenery and the element of water in the courtyard and upper levels, evokes a rich and lasting sensory experience for its occupants.
Faegh Villa embodies a harmony of clear geometry, climatic detailing, and a dynamic dialogue between open and enclosed spaces — a place where the boundary between interior and exterior dissolves into an architectural experience shaped by light, landscape, and local materials.
