The design of this villa is based on the composition of pure and minimal volumes. The white masses, intersected by curved lines and cuts, create a balance between simplicity and dynamism. The use of large glass surfaces blurs the boundary between the interior and the surrounding nature, establishing a direct connection with light, landscape, and greenery. Smooth and fluid circulation paths, including exterior stairs and terraces, offer a dynamic spatial experience across different levels of the building. Public areas are placed on the lower floors, while private spaces are located above, ensuring privacy while maintaining open views of the surroundings. In the landscape design, linear paths, reflective water features, and organized vegetation enhance the sense of calmness, balance, and harmony with the architectural language of the villa.
