This project, situated near Como Lake in Italy, consists of an internal and external renovation of the lot as well as its interior design. The design concept aimed to add contemporary style while also keeping in mind a villa-like atmosphere of opulence, comfort, and tranquility.
The architects have developed a continuity between the formal structure and its framework, favoring light colors and natural materials in harmony with the surrounding green areas, for a pleasant, cozy, and elegant atmosphere.The harmonization between residence and nature has been achieved through the use of full length windows. Transparency and light are key elements of the project and the windows allow the residence to interact with the environment, while light enhances its features.
The greenery was also conceived as an architectural element, as it features throughout the stairs, gardens, balconies and window sills. This is a project that is elegant in its simplicity; its harmony with nature in effect creating a sense of harmony and wellbeing in the user.
