In the design of the Miagan villa, according to the client’s requests, the volume is divided into three floors. The placement of the volumes considers the protection of tree canopies and the topography of the surrounding mountains, as well as the client’s desire to create views and vistas to the east and west. The breaks present in the building’s façade are not purely decorative; instead, they are designed based on the configuration of the floor plan.
In the façade design, due to the proximity of neighboring properties to the north and south, fewer openings are placed on these sides. Additionally, considering the climatic conditions, wood-plastic and cement materials have been used in the façade.
In the floor plan design, three types of spaces have been considered: recreational, public, and private spaces. The recreational space is located on the ground floor for easy access to the garden, the public space is on the first floor for quick and convenient access for guests, and the private space is on the second floor for easy access to the roof garden and terraces.
In the design of the roof garden, proportions have been respected, and spaces for seating, barbecue, dining, and green areas have been considered. In the landscape design, we have aimed to preserve the natural and pristine state of the garden, and to show greater respect for the tree canopies, we have only designed a movement path.
