The design was approached with the following considerations:
Based on the name of the complex (‘Enghelab’ - meaning ‘Revolution’): This inspired the creation of six adjacent panels for the complex’s entrance facade.
Based on the function of the space: Since Enghelab Sports Club has a sports-oriented purpose, we conveyed a sense of dynamism and continuity to the viewer through the movement and extension of these layers.
Based on the users of the space: In the design of these layers, we incorporated high and low points, reminiscent of the life of an athlete.
Based on the location of the complex: The presence of the Shemiran mountains around Tehran, and the harmony of the entrance facade’s design with them, evoke a sense of activity in the viewer from the very beginning.
The materials used for the entrance facades are concrete, and the green space between them enhances the sense of dynamism. Each year, with the growth of these plants, we witness beautiful and eye-catching changes in the complex’s entrance.
