Villa Finaritra, Analamahitsy
Located in a prestigious enclave in Analamahitsy—an aread defined by enduring value and exclusivity—this project is a sensitive architectural intervention focused on the rejuvenation of an iconic, almost « aristocratic » estate.
Inspired by the classic, dignified proportions reminiscent of historical diplomatic architecture, the design seeks to honor the property’s distinguished heritage while elevating it to meet the functional requirements of contemporary life.
The renovation philosophy was rooted in "continuity through transformation." While the building’s original, stately identity remains the defining anchor of the site, the interior has been completely reconfigured. We have introduced a new level of refined luxury, seamlessly integrating modern infrastructure—including a private elevator—into the historic frame. The layout now features a grand, modernized master suite, three spacious ensuite guest bedrooms, and a dedicated prayer room, each designed with meticulous attention to detail.
At the heart of the residence lies the new "Chef’s Kitchen," which anchors a sprawling, open-plan social space. By dissolving the physical barriers between the interior and the exterior, we have invited the lush, expansive garden into the daily experience of the home.
The crowning architectural touch is the introduction of a mirror pool positioned directly before the main living area. This water feature serves a dual purpose: it acts as a visual extension of the living space, reflecting the elegance of the interior back toward the landscape, and reinforces the home’s sense of serenity.
The result is a residence that preserves its timeless prestige while offering a profound upgrade in comfort, function, and aesthetic sophistication.
