PPH Residence, Nosy-be
Situated at the terminus of a secluded cul-de-sac, this residence represents a pinnacle of the Eden Rock development scheme. Positioned to command both the iconic Nosy Be sunset to the west and the tranquil sunrise over the eastern mangroves, the site acts as a bridge between two distinct coastal experiences.
The architecture is a study in spatial duality and seamless integration. The residence features expansive, open-concept living pavilions designed to dissolve the barrier between interior sanctuary and the raw beauty of the archipelago. At the heart of the home lies a master suite—a private retreat equipped with a dedicated spa, massage facilities, and professional desk spaces—meticulously designed for long-term comfort.
The spatial configuration is highly adaptive: two ensuite guest bedrooms are carved directly into the cliffside, grounding the structure within the geology, while two additional suites are suspended above the driveway, offering an elevated perspective of the mangrove forest. Outside, the architecture wraps around a 20-meter pool, creating a protected, intimate microclimate. A private garden path serves as the final, sensory link, descending through lush vegetation to a dedicated beach pavilion, complete with a private boathouse and sea-facing lounge.
