The name of the house comes from the French word ermitage - a place of solitude.
The house is closed to view from the street. The street façade is almost windowless. For visual communication, a glazed entrance portal and a hall window on the 2nd floor remain.
You can retire in this house not only from your neighbors in the village, but also from your household. Each bedroom has a small private patio for outdoor exercise, sunbathing, meditation and communion with nature.
The composition of the facades is built on the plastic play of two volumes - a white one-story and gray two-tier volume of the living room, office and upper terrace.
The structure of the house is brickwork with monolithic ceilings.
Facade finishing - painted brickwork, plank, wooden panels. Windows with aluminum profiles.
The terrace is covered with wooden flooring.
The project provides for a ventilation and air conditioning system.
