The house was designed to accommodate a family of five - parents and three children.
The total area of the house is 717.22 m2. Including 212.18 m2 of terraces.
The house plan consists of three parts:
- public area
- parent zone
-children's area
The zones are spaced apart and arranged in such a way as to ensure privacy for all family members.
The center of the composition is the entrance.
To the left of it is a guest bedroom and public spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, office. There is also a guest bedroom with its own bathroom in the public part.
To the right is a private area. It is divided into a parent's area in the East part of the house and a children's area with its own living room and gym in the South-West part of the house.
The public area includes an L-shaped covered terrace with a pergola and a dining area.
The children's area includes a long covered terrace; it has exits from the gallery of the children's block and the gym.
The house is located on the site in such a way that
preserve the existing trees and divide the site into several zones: front, utility, quiet (residential).
Car traffic on the site is made in the form of a loop, which ensures easy access to the entrance, turning around and driving around. There is direct access to the residential building and covered parking for 4 cars. The road on the site is designed in the form of a loop for ease of transportation. To compensate for the slope, the project proposes geoplastics within the boundaries of the building site and the adjacent territory.
