Villa Eleven is a contemporary multi-residential building situated in a prime location in Rožna Dolina, Ljubljana, set within an organized neighborhood of villas and houses that offers peace, privacy, and close proximity to green spaces. The villa is designed as a low-energy building with three above-ground floors and a recessed rooftop terrace, comprising eleven high-standard residential units.
The apartments feature open and flexible layouts, large glazed surfaces, and spacious balconies, terraces, and atriums that naturally connect the living spaces with the outdoors and the surrounding greenery. The building’s architecture is based on clean, rectangular floor plans and a thoughtful use of two materials and two color tones, together creating an elegant and contemporary façade.
