Villa Eleven is a contemporary multi-residential building situated in a prime location in Rožna Dolina, Ljubljana, set within an organized neighborhood of villas and houses that offers peace, privacy, and close proximity to green spaces. The villa is designed as a low-energy building with three above-ground floors and a recessed rooftop terrace, comprising eleven high-standard residential units.
The apartments feature open and flexible layouts, large glazed surfaces, and spacious balconies, terraces, and atriums that naturally connect the living spaces with the outdoors and the surrounding greenery. The building’s architecture is based on clean, rectangular floor plans and a thoughtful use of two materials and two color tones, together creating an elegant and contemporary façade. The street-facing façade is more closed and expressive, with a dynamic rhythm of solid and void surfaces, while the courtyard-facing façade opens up to a private green courtyard. Cantilevered balconies and large glazing emphasize the modern character of the building, while the side views clearly reveal the transitions between the contrasting façade expressions. A combination of unique perforated metal patterns and solid, rectilinearly articulated surfaces predominates.
The basement level houses parking spaces, storage rooms, and technical facilities, ensuring smooth circulation and added convenience for residents. Villa Eleven combines contemporary architectural aesthetics, functional living spaces, and a high level of comfort, representing a thoughtful example of modern urban living that unites elegance, natural light, connection to nature, and privacy within a single project.
