The concept of the Villa " Dancing Fox " is based on a closed front facade facing the street with minimal window openings. As with ancient villas in Rome, the private inner life of the residents should remain as inconspicuous as possible for the outside world.
Instead of opening the interior to the patio, however, there is a view of the undeveloped, natural landscape to the rear. This becomes the background of the interior due to the large-format glazing of the rear facade.
The division of the interior is based on a loft-like "open space" of the living area over two floors. All other rooms such as bedrooms are individually accessible from this living area. The formation of the terraces follows the concept of opening up to the landscape.
