The design of this single-family house thoughtfully considers advantages of the narrow, elongated plot, creating a functional building that offers comfortable living.
A luxurious entrance canopy with a small shed is positioned near the access road. The ground floor includes an entrance area with access to a guest room with its own bathroom, a fitness room, and service rooms. From the staircase with a double-height ceiling we enter a living area comprising of kitchen, dining room, and living room, all oriented towards the west. These living spaces, with large glass surfaces, open up to a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and landscaped green spaces. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The strict rectangular volume of the building is broken up by added annexes, highlighted with a contrasting facade cladding. Dark large-format facade panels combined with natural terracotta bricks give the building an elegant yet playful look, harmoniously fitting into the surrounding environment. The use of modern design elements and natural materials creates a comfortable home, full of natural light.
