Villa Bokalce is located within the Ville Bokalce neighborhood. The villa’s architectural design and garden are characterized by clean, rectangular forms. The structure consists of two volumes: a larger, T-shaped ground-floor volume housing the living spaces and garage, and a smaller, elongated upper-floor volume that contains the sleeping areas and bathrooms. Due to the sloping terrain of the entire neighborhood, the villa also features a partially burried ground floor. The main entrance to the building and access to the garage are at ground level on the southwest side.
The façade combines light fibre cement cladding panels on the ground floor with dark gray textured plaster on the upper floor and the garage section of the ground floor. The roof is flat and green.
The interior design echoes the contrast of light and dark tones. The ground floor features furniture in darker shades of gray and black combined with wood, while the upper floor pairs wood with lighter tones.
In addition to its refined interior, the villa boasts a beautifully landscaped garden, a spacious outdoor terrace, an outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool.
