Project Description:
One of the main design goals of Villa Asoud’s living area was to create a neutral and serene space that directs the viewer’s attention toward the Caspian Sea.
The horizontal and elongated arrangement of the main lounge furniture enhances the spatial continuity, making the area feel more open and expansive while allowing more natural light to flow through the space.
The bar area features a minimalist counter with a reduced thickness, designed to highlight the functional wall behind it. In the background, a wavy-patterned slab stone and a composition of modular shelving create a refined contrast between textures, resulting in both spatial diversity and visual coherence — a balance that enhances the calm yet dynamic character of the interior.
